Simple, cozy, quiet, and Clean. Nice distance to Goodyear baseball complexes and down the street from the race track.

Very pretty exterior, interior run down, only bathroom not in good shape at all- very disappointing. Outlets covered in duct tape, or half that didnt work, switches that didnt do anything, broken blinds
