The vacation rental fewo1846 - Baltic Lodge is a spacious duplex with a total of 130 m² of living space, located on the second floor of Fördepromenade 12 in Flensburg. The location is particularly appealing due to its immediate proximity to the Flensburg Fjord: Only about 20 meters separate the accommodation from the sea, while the nearest sandy beach is just one kilometer away and easily accessible. An exceptionally beautiful view of the sea is one of the standout features of this accommodation and can be enjoyed from several rooms.
The Baltic Lodge is in modern, well-maintained condition. In total, the property can accommodate up to six people, spread across three bedrooms with hardwood floors. Two comfortably equipped bathrooms, one of which features a walk-in shower, ensure ample privacy and comfort. Additional amenities such as a hair dryer, a vanity mirror, and bath towels are provided, as are a washer and dryer available for guests’ use.
The central living area spans two levels and is tastefully furnished. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and top-of-the-line media technology, including two large cable TVs (44–55 inches), Blu-ray and DVD players, and a modern sound system. The dining area, complete with a dining table, is directly adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need: In addition to a modern glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, you’ll find a dishwasher, as well as numerous kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and a Nespresso espresso machine. A kettle and a toaster round out the versatile kitchen amenities.
From the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a stunning view of the water. Garden furniture and a windbreak make spending time outdoors especially pleasant. The accommodation features central heating and is a smoke-free area; a vestibule and coat closet provide additional convenience for daily life.
The Baltic Lodge is ideal for families with children: high chairs and appropriate equipment ensure a family-friendly environment, and babies are welcome. Youth groups are not permitted, which helps keep the neighborhood quiet.
