Guest Access:

Self check-in. On arrival, check in at the building lobby and reception (24/7 security); next to the entrance door there is a lockbox, and we provide the code so you can collect the key. We send access information on the day of arrival and remain available by message for anything you need. Parking in the building is subject to availability.

- Beach: about 200 m (3-minute walk)

- Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) with nightlife, dining, and shops: one block away

Before arrival, we request a photo of a valid official ID for each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations, to keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
