Gulf views are plentiful at La Buena Vida! This beautiful 3 story, 3-bedroom townhome is located in the Sandhill Townhome complex off of 11th street here in Port Aransas. Access to the beach is seconds away using the beach access road Sandcastle Drive. After your day at the beach, walk down to the community pool to cool off and soak in the hot tub, or use one the shared grills to cook up some food and relax under the cabana. The driveway and garage have parking for up to 2 vehicles. Through the front door of the house you enter into the first level. Down the hall and just to the left is the laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer. Just next to the laundry room there is a full bathroom with an all-tile walk-in shower. Finally at the end of the hall you arrive at the first-floor bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed. Heading back and up the stairs you arrive at the second and main level of the house. This floor has a balcony with seating for 6 people and offers great views of the gulf. Heading back inside from the balcony you are greeted to the beautifully decorated and well-furnished living room, complete with a full-size couch, lounge chair with ottoman and a rocking chair. It's a perfect spot for relaxing and watching TV with family and friends. From there you enter into the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining table has seating for 6 people and there is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Past there you will find a half bath and just next to that, the second bedroom. This bedroom is complete 2 twin beds and has a full bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. Going up the stairs one more time you arrive at the 3rd and top level of the house. Across the walkway there is a living area with a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper and a TV. Past there you find the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, full size walk-in closet and full bathroom with a walk-in shower, tub and dual sinks. The third floor of this house offers another balcony with incredible gulf views and seating for 8 people.

Nice property.
Small issue with AC upon arrival, but was fixed asap.
If you rely on WiFi, this place is not for you.
Service was on and off and not stable.
Could use a working dish or cable network for TV.
Kitchen was nicely stocked.

Really a good stay. Could have been a little cleaner and mosquitos were real bad but the monthly pest control sprayed on are 4th day and that problem was gone. Overall 4 stars.

My family and I spent 2 nights and 3 days. 5 adults, 2 kids under 8 and a baby. It is a great location. AC on bottom floor wasn't working right but one phone call and they sent someone right away to fix it. We would stay there again.

The overall place is a good Port A spot. But this unit is right next to the complex dumpster which fills up quick!!! I think they need to get two!!! We pulled up to trash overflowing the dumpster and then piles of bags outside which of course attracted all the birds and critters. Then once picked up and cleaned up it only took 1.5 days for it to overflow again!!
The only other issue was that we expected the Kitchen and double beds room to be on the first floor based on the order of the pics. We came with my two elderly in-laws and picked this spot because of that assumption. So be aware the kitchen and double beds room is the second floor. The third bedroom is not on the third floor but kind of in the cave that is the bottom floor.
