Enjoy the brand-new heated saltwater pool and spa, relax on the spacious screened-in porch, and take in the natural sunlight that floods the home. With new white oak floors and tile throughout, plus all-new furniture and décor, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable vacation memories.

- Bedroom 2 (Bunk Room): Three built-in bunk sets (queen on bottom, twin on top) with a nearby hallway bath (green tile shower). Includes a cozy hangout space for movies or games—perfect for kids.
- Open-Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen: Brand-new appliances, an extra oven, a second dishwasher, and a beverage fridge in the pantry.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 3 (Primary Suite): King bed with en suite bath (blue tile tub). Also includes a queen pullout sofa for additional sleeping space.
- Bedroom 4: King bed plus a desk area—ideal for remote work.
- Bedroom 5: Two twin beds plus a twin trundle (sleeps three total).
Outdoor Living
- Expansive lake views from the private lot.
- Lounge chairs by the pool and additional outdoor seating.
- Screened-in porch with dining table and comfortable seating.
Important Notes
-No Events. No Smoking. No Pets. 5 car maximum parking.
-Maximum Occupancy: 15 guests.
- The pool is heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th from 10am-9pm - The hot tub is available and heated year round in 1 hour intervals (controlled by guests). Having the pool heated outside of our standard heating window is available for an additional expense.

The house and property are amazing. My entire family was extremely impressed which made me feel so good about my choice. We stayed a week and had such a great time. Everything we needed was there. The pool area was fabulous and the kids fished off the dock and side yard many days catching catfish, bluegill and striped bass. I highly recommend renting a boat which most places will deliver to the dock and pick up as well. The family memories we created there are immeasurable.

Beautiful and serene! We greatly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaking, as well as the breathtaking view. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We are already talking about coming back!
