A beautifully decorated, spacious coastal-themed 2300 sq. foot home that backs up to a 354-acre nature park with your private access to enjoy hiking or biking on the trail around the 100-acre lake for fishing. Located within a quiet neighborhood with easy 3.2-mile access to the beach, many local and popular restaurants, and only a short drive to Tampa Bay activities and theme parks like Busch Gardens, Adventure Island WaterPark, Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, and the International Shopping Mall. Shopping malls and theaters are less than 10 minutes away. Enjoy evenings watching the sunset over the lake, from the large fenced-in backyard, while grilling or lounging and watching wildlife. The house has a smart Roku TV in each room and a 70" TV in the living space. Free Wi-Fi, a wet bar, indoor and outdoor games for entertainment, and a desk for working vacationers. Went to look at neighborhoods for retirement and this place was ideally located. The owner is sweet and thoughtful. This place was very nice and I would stay again if I was in that area.
