About this apartment rental

Close to everything at this centrally-located budget apartment with many premium features. Completely renovated with new appliances, bed, 4k LCD TVs, full size kitchen with complete kitchen ware, microwave, coffee maker, real hardwood floors, etc. Featuring a brand new queen size medium soft purple plus Mattress on an adjustable remote controlled bed frame, pong multicade table top arcade, large 4K televisions with surround sound, full size refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher, bidet, outside picnic bench and bbq grill. Sofa bed with linen set.

Additional rental in same building - The Fishing Hole. RV/boat storage is available across the street with a website automatic checkin gate.

Great location with a short drive to town. Very clean kitchen with full amenities. We will definitely be staying again!

Had a great time at the Bait and Tackle! Phil has so many thoughtful and personal touches in the home that made the experience even better. Even had some trouble with the keypad and he was quick to get on the phone with me and help. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Overall excellent experience. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Host has done a great with the property. I truly enjoyed the experience and look forward to booking again.
