Situated in the heart of Wrexham High Street, the Berwyn House apartments provide comfortable living space right in the heart of Wrexham, with close proximity to Chester and North Wales. A 5 minute walk from Wrexham Central Train station with free Wi-Fi.
Wrexham is a 15 minute drive from the historic English city of Chester and approximately 45 minutes from Liverpool and Shrewsbury, with Snowdonia, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay less than 1 hour away.
The Space:
Situated in the recently converted Berwyn Apartments The Penthouse Gathering benefits from an attractive galleried entrance of arched windows, has 6 bedrooms and offers space and comfort for business and leisure travellers.
With underfloor heating, high speed wifi and flat screen TV this apartment consists of:
Bedroom 1 - Double or Twin Beds
Bedroom 2 - Single Bed
Bedroom 3 - Double or Twin Beds
Bedroom 4 - Single Bed
Bedroom 5 - Double or Twin Beds
Bedroom 6 - Double or Twin Beds
Three of the four reception/dining rooms also has a double sofa bed.
Beds can be adjusted from double to twin with advance notice.
This property has one of the best rated locations in Wrexham and North Wales. Wrexham is a large busy market town and is a fantastic location if visiting locally, Chester or the North Wales Coast.
Wrexham offers many activities including Walking Trails, Shopping Centres, Theatres, Night Life and has regular direct buses and trains to Chester, the thriving Roman City.
North Wales holds a range of places to visit including the 500ft high zip wire at Zipworld, the world acclaimed Chester Zoo, a day watching racing at Chester or Bangor-On-Dee or a historic visit to Erddig Hall.
Glyndwr University is approximately one mile from the apartment, with Wrexham Industrial Estate and HMP Berwyn within two miles, and Chester Business Park less than 15 minutes away.
Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm. We use CCTV in corridors which are recorded but not actively watched.
