The Dock
• Children MUST be supervised at the dock
• Life jackets are required on motorized water vehicles for children 13 and under
• There is a fishing kayak at the dock! Fish, swim, and jump all day!
• You are welcome to bring your own boat, we are near to Victoria Landing. Our dock accomodates standard size boats.
***A Seasonal Note: water levels start to drop in October. Dec-Feb are the lowest months***

• Guests are invited to use the home and all of the one acre lot
• Our home gives you access to the public Army Corps of Engineer land that surrounds lake Allatoona with miles of lakeside or wooded walking trails
• We have a private dock down a marked path (appx 0.25 mile walk)
• There is a locked owners closet in the master bedroom and laundry room.
There is a physical guest book in the living room for your reference!

Large, clean, well maintained space for family gathering. The nests were comfortable. The playroom was a big hit. The woods behind the house and path to the lake were beautiful. The location was secluded and quiet and yet not to far (15 min drive) from grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful.

This house was perfect for our group of 12 people from age 3 - 88 in town for a wedding. It was very clean, had everything we needed, including a lot of the toiletries. The host was very responsive when we need a quick repair. The game room was perfect for all ages. Although there was a dock available, we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Highly recommended!

This VRBO was fantastic. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint sports complex, and this was so convenient. We had 4 families, and the accommodations were perfect to allow everyone privacy and space. The owners bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. The house was very well stocked, so all you have to do is bring your clothes and some groceries, and you're on your way to a relaxing getaway!
