Located on the northern edge of Bozeman in the Riverwood neighborhood, this custom-built modern home offers ample space, stunning mountain views, and easy access to downtown, Bozeman Airport, and outdoor adventures. With a thoughtfully designed layout and luxurious amenities, this home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.
Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.

- Primary Suite (Main Level): King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tiled wet room, walk-in closet, and private patio access.
- Guest Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Queen/twin bunk bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King-size bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
- Bunk Room (Upper Level): Two full-size beds, two queen bunk beds, sectional sofa, TV, wet bar, and half bath.
- Den (Main Level): Sofa sleeper with attached full bathroom.
Cozy Living Spaces with Modern Comforts:
- Living Room: Floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views, plush sectional, and stone gas fireplace.
- Family Room: Large sectional couch and flat-screen TV.

What a great home. Literally 8 minutes to the Bozeman airport. Quiet and new neighborhood with plenty of room to stretch out, while still being close to town. HIGHLY recommend and I'd give 10 stars if possible. Beautiful, high-end furnishings, great master bath, fire pit, great outdoor seating. Super impressed.

The house is decorated beautifully. The kids bunk room was over the top Imagine my grandchildren’s surprise. We had flown cross country and got in very late and the kids reaction was better than Christmas morning
The entire house is done in such good taste We loved it!
The only negative was we had a hard time finding it bc it was so dark when we arrived. Maybe consider leaving a light on for late arrivals

This was one of the nicest cabins I’ve stayed in. I booked this place for my brothers bachelor party and have no complaints. Communication with the homeowner was great. House was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out.
