This hidden gem is a private manufactured home next to our main home located on a peaceful grove yet has 3 minutes access to restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations and grocery stores. You are invited to come and experience the luxury of a peaceful woodsy setting while also being only minutes from access to major connecting routes such as SR-512, I-5, and SR-167.
Separate secure entry for your privacy and comfort in a scenic, serene setting in Tacoma. Experience a stay in our family friendly guest house. For the health and comfort of all, no pets are allowed in the guest house. Thank you for your understanding. Each en-suite bedroom features a queen size bed, a dresser, nightstands and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels provided. The living area is the perfect place to relax with the family or simply sit and read a book or stream your favorite show. The couch pulls out into a bed and stows away during the day to provide a social sitting area!. Private front lawn overlooking the woods with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the freshest air.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is at the end of a long driveway and the front yard has trees, grass, picnic table, pavers, swing. This older manufactured home has been upgraded and painted. We liked that the two bdrms were on each end of the guest home, one having a spacious en suite, the other access to a full bath just across the hall. If you are looking for modern, this is not it. I would say it has character. Very clean. Property manager communicated with me promptly before our stay and checked in to be sure all was well. We had a welcome basket and water in the refrigerator. A tray of ice was in the freezer. We did not leave the property during our stay so cannot comment on convenience of places nearby. We elected to have get away time and prepared for the privacy of our retreat. Good place, easy to locate.
