Welcome to The Grand Casa hosted by vegas-bnb, a luxurious and spacious home designed to make you feel right at home. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming and expansive living room, brand new kitchen with a huge island for entertaining. It features 5 sofas, three sofa chairs, a 65-inch TV, a pool table, poker table, ping ping pong table, two pub tables seating for four, two dining tables that comfortably accommodates 14 guests, and 6 counter height chairs for sitting at the massive kitchen island. The modern kitchen has seating for 7 and is fully equipped with dinnerware for 24 people and all the necessary cooking and bakeware, allowing you to prepare a delightful dinner.
The Grand Casa boasts a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses are of high quality, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds, seven queen-size beds, and four twin-size beds.
Catch the best view in town for 4th of July and New Years Eve on the massive rooftop deck with complete strip views!
ROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
Room 1: King bed, 2 full-size beds, and a twin bed with an attached bathroom.
Room 2: Queen bed and 2 twin bed.
Room 3: King bed, twin bed, and an attached bathroom.
Room 4: Queen bed with an attached bathroom.
Room 5: Queen bed.
Room 6: Two queen beds.
Room 7: Two queen beds and a twin bed.
Room 8: Two King Beds and one fullsize.
Hallway bathroom for shared use for 5, 6, 7.
For your entertainment, there is a pool table available in the family room, poker table, ping pong table, and basketball hoop along with eight smart TVs throughout the house.
Outdoors, you'll find a fire pit, eight sun beds, eight lounge chairs, a Weber Summit BBQ, a pool, a jacuzzi, and many more amenities. Additionally, there is an outdoor ping pong table for some friendly competition and a basketball court.
The upper rooftop deck offers approximately 1,000 sqft of space, providing a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip for your enjoyment.

*A credit card fee of of 4% is non refundable in the event of a cancelled reservation with no exceptions if booking on V-R-B-O and direct only.
*Extra guest fees are $50.00 - $85.00 per person per night ($50.00 June-Aug) ($85.00 Sept- May)

This house was awesome for a group! We had everything we needed to have a total blast. The pool was perfect and the pool table kept tournaments going into the night. Very convenient to the strip, lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The boat was always responsive - like immediately. We loved and would recommend!

My overall experience was great considering this is my first time using VRBO. Gina (owner) was very responsive to my text messages and was very easy communicate with. There were a few cosmetic issues with the floor tiles but Gina explained this was an issue she is already aware and was not caused by my family. The dishwasher broke on our first use but Gina sent a repair guy ASAP and it was replaced the same day. The microwave oven seemed to stay on after use but the repair guy explained it takes some time for it to cool down. Instructions on how to use the Wi-Fi and NEST temp control were not available but Gina responded to my text and provided instructions. Moving forward a printed instructions for the Wi-Fi and NEST temp control can be helpful for the next renter. I am being nit-picky because honestly I have nothing to complain about. I would recommend Gina's property to anyone in a heartbeat.
