*For Reservations over 30 days- Security Deposit/Refundable is Required.
-Cleaning charge is $500. Per month.
A cleaning person will be required to enter and clean the property once a week.
-Maintenance people will be on the property as needed throughout stay. When needed to enter the property tenants will be notified.
This contemporary home offers many amenities including a large outdoor patio, hot tub and cooking area with outdoor bar.
This home is completley the guests space-except for the garage and the utility /storage room.
If guests need assistance I will be there when contacted. Please let us know if you need anything special on your arrival or during your stay-we want you to have a FABulous stay!!
Close to the beach, downtown Hampton-as well as major Highways.
Parking-there is plenty of off street parking at the house. A wide driveway with a turn-around. Close to the beach, downtown and major highways as well.

Please no smoking-or incense of any kind-strict policy-owner health risk. NO in fireplace-flue is closed will be a fire!!!! Only outside in fire pit/fire tables allowed. Dogs-not on furniture!!!! Please make sure you take animals outside and scoop/bag poop!!

My family and I (6 in all) stayed at this beautiful home centrally located in New Hampshire between Maine and Massachusetts, which perfectly allowed us to visit various towns in all three states. Ruthie’s attention to detail in making this cozy vacation home that would meet all our potential needs is absolutely astounding! In my decade-long experience of renting homes, this by far was the best experience and wildly exceeded any and all expectations!

This is a beautiful home. Close to all the action in Hampton Beach. KC and the Sunshine Band was playing at the Casino Ballroom it was a great show!!! Ruthie was a wonderful host and kept in touch throughout our 10 day stay. We will definitely stay here again next year with friends. Thank you Ruthie for everything ;)

Ruthie was a dream to communicate with, the house was ready when we got there and the stay was wonderful, it's been 30 years since I was home for a vacation type visit and we can't wait to come back next year! Thanks Ruthie
