Absolutely stunning view! Quiet in the morning to drink coffee but picks up later in the day to watch all the boats go by. Wonderful space for large family, beds were very comfortable. Grill worked great, plenty of dishes and utensils to cook meals in the kitchen. Short drive to margaritaville and tons of restaurants, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home with everything you need and a view you can’t beat. You will have calves of steel after climbing those stairs though!

We stayed here on a girls trip and had a great time! The beds are super comfy and the place was very spacious for our group of 10! The house and the decks/stairs down to the last deck close to the water needs a little TLC(nails sticking up, etc) Lots of steep stairs down to house.
