We hosted our son and his friends as they prepare to graduate from college. This house was perfect in every way- from reserving and check-in to a wonderful stay in a great house aspens then check-out. This place was awesome! The guys loved the house, the fire pit, and the location. Thank you for serving as home base for a memorable graduation vacation! We look forward to staying here with friends in the future.

I love the property. Its very clean and cute. The space is amazing. The backyard is amazing to sit out under the stars. The only bad things was there are no curtains or blinds up on the windows in the living room and kitchen.

Sunnyside house was a perfect place for our celebrations. We had family and friends join us and the we all enjoyed gathering at this amazing place. The fire pit was an extra touch for our grandson. Our family enjoyed the accommodations and the wine tour!! We are planning to return in the fall!!!

If you plan on taking a trip to Fredricksburg, YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! The most cute and comfortable house, so close to Main Street and enough room for the whole family! There is a cute fireplace right outside so make sure to bring your s'mores stuff!

I stayed here during Octoberfest/for a Bachelorette party and it was the perfect location, less than a 5min drive to Main Street. I enjoyed all the fall decorations, especially the 20 plus pumpkins on the front porch🎃 There was an awesome fire pit that was available, so we did s'mores one night and enjoyed the night sky that showed all the beautiful stars⭐️ There was a lot of space in the house, plenty of room for all 8 of us! I would definitely stay here again!

I had my bachelorette this past weekend in fredricksburg! The hosts did more than I could have asked for. Not only was the place spotless when we arrived but they had a welcome basket waiting for us! We did s'mores in the backyard one night with the awesome fire pit and plenty of firewood for us to use. It was minutes from Main Street and it was a short walk and an even shorter drive. The hosts were available the whole time for any questions or suggestions we needed! We went during October and the house was decorated with amazing fall decor which was perfect for pictures! The Neighborhood was nice and quite and I felt safe the entire time. I would say if this place is available when you want to book, don't hesitate this is a must stay home!
