This wonderful, cozy, romantic 550 SQ FT guest apartment has it’s own entrance & deck with beautiful forest views, just 1 mile to the Lake Arrowhead Village where you can stroll along the lake w/access to shops and food.
-Sit out on the deck overlooking the serene surroundings- Enjoying coffee and a good book among the pines!
-NEWLY REMODELED custom deep soaking tub!
-Super comfortable queen bed!
Also, a leather couch that can be used for 1-2 as well as a cot in the walk in closet. This closet can be used for more privacy and has a dresser in it as well!
-Swinging deck chair/hammock!
This charming space is also available as an add-on when you rent the main house if you have friends to join you, but want you a more private space. This would be ideal. Contact for more info!
-Quiet, snow plowed cul-de-sac, safe neighborhood that is one of the best in Lake Arrowhead!
Enjoy strolling around this incredibly charming community!
-Gas grill out on the deck!
-Kitchen has all you need for simple meals, including microwave oven, toaster, mini fridge, cooking pans and utensils, skillet, some condiments, etc!
-Mini pool table (Note: If you don't want to use it, feel free to put it in the closet.)

-THE LAKE! -We are just a 5 min walk (walk is steep) to the beautiful lake and Orchard Bay! Breathtaking scenery all around the lake!
NOTE: LAKE/GATE ACCESS CARD is dependent on guests in the main house as they have the priority. Usually the card is available, but not always. Day use of the lake trails, fishing, swimming etc. are subject to a $10 per person charge from the ALA Association as Lake Arrowhead is otherwise a private lake. Contact us for more details.
-THE VILLAGE is a great place to spend the day shopping, dining and playing along the beautiful lake front. Restaurants with amazing views, outlet shops, concerts!
-SANTA’S VILLAGE/SKY PARK is a wonderful array of Christmas themed shops and restaurants, outdoor ice rink, zip lines, rock climbing, and mountain bike trails!

NATIONAL FOREST TRAILS GALORE! All within a short drive. Walking around the neighborhood is wonderful too!
NEARBY LAKES FOR SWIMMING, FISHING, KAYAKS ETC (Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, Big Bear Lake)
-PARKS, MUSEUMS, WILDLIFE PRESERVE, DEEP CREEK (a fun place to picnic, kike, and jump off the rocks at AZTEC FALLS)
-MacKay Park is a few minutes away w/AMAZING lake view, pickleball and sand volleyball courts, picnic tables, dog park, playground with fun zip line!)

CHECK WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS AHEAD OF TIME:
You may need chains.
BRING WARM CLOTHING, GOOD SHOES, GLOVES ETC.
You may be responsible for clearing space in the driveway to park your car(s) & for clearing the steps down to the studio entrance - especially if there is recent snow. There are snow shovels on the small deck to the left of the garage where the trash cans are stored.
Please use extreme caution on the driveway and steps down to the studio as the temperatures can get very cold & ice & snow may be present. If you are heading up with snow in the forecast or right after snowfall, please be prepared.
NOTE: We can’t be responsible for the weather, road conditions, power outages on the mountain etc. during your stay. It is VERY rare and there are no refunds.
SNOW PLAY:
The closest ski and tubing areas are in Running Springs (15 to 20 minutes away).
• Snow Drift Snow Tubing Park is very fun & low commitment.
• Snow Valley ski resort is just 20 minutes away.
• Big Bear is about 35 minutes away and has several snow play areas.
• Snow play closer to the house is also possible if snow is present & conditions are right. Snowball fights, snowmen & sledding!

I stayed at this quaint studio apartment in Lake Arrowhead for a solo prayer and fasting retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and I appreciated their clear communication throughout the stay.The apartment stayed surprisingly cool during the warm summer days, which made it even more comfortable. It’s in an ideal location—just a short drive or even walk to the lake and the village, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and secluded.One of the highlights was the large deck overlooking the forest. It was a serene spot for reflection and prayer. I’d recommend bringing your own outdoor chair or cushion for added comfort, but otherwise, it was just what I needed.If you're looking for a peaceful place to unplug and recharge, this is it. I would absolutely return.

The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy. Completely furnished to cook. Property manager readily available to answer any questions. Centrally located between Big Bear and Lake Gregory. Very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend! for a relaxing getaway
