Our wedding party enjoyed the quiet location, spacious accommodations, and short walk to Three Oaks restaurants, etc. Great communication with owner reps.

For the price point - I think the property feel short of expectations in the following areas:
(1) The front stove large burner is clogged and doesn't work well
(2) Half of the burners on the grill are clogged and not working
(3) the wire to the outside lights are cut, therefore you cannot turn them on
(4) there are 3 main seating on the outside (a) near the driveway - the chairs are in terrible shape that you cannot use (b) porch - furniture was very dirty, but I will overlook that since it rained right before we came (c) near the grill - this one is good minus the grill
Here are items that are amazing about the property:
(1) location is awesome
(2) quality of the linen and bed is very comfortable
(3) water pressure on the first floor is great (second is not)
(4) layout is nice and spacious for group
(5) very relaxing to wake up to green/birds outside
Here are areas where it could be improved:
(1) screen porched area - if you are booking in the summer, you will likely not be able to use this portion as it is very hot and there is no fan inside
