About this cottage rental
This 74m² cottage is located on the ground floor, raised by three steps. You enter the living room, which features a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, opening onto the dining area and relaxation lounge. Two charming bedrooms are carefully furnished with a 160x200 cm bed and equipped with a television. On the same level, there is a bathroom with a shower and double sink, as well as a separate toilet. In the heart of the Roanne region, Catherine & Jean-Yves welcome you to their beautiful contemporary villa in the Italian style of the 1960s. On the ground floor of their house, they have furnished and completely renovated this very comfortable stopover with a warm, modern feel. Ultra-spacious, the cottage features a bright living room overlooking the carefully landscaped 200m² private courtyard. There is secure, gated parking. To make your stay even more enjoyable: utilities and heating are included, beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
