Be home is in decent shape. However, it did look like it had not been stayed in a while. There were cobwebs covering everything on the outside when we got there and dead bugs in the master bathroom toilet. One of the sofas has some stains on it which make it appear dirty but I was assured it had been cleaned. The beds are fairly new but extremely firm. The sheets and bedding however are very soft and comfortable. The listing said that it provided Linens and towels. It did provide some. But, be aware if you're taking a larger party, what they provide is very minimal. You may want to bring your own or request additional ones before you stay. The house is not childproof in any way shape or form. So if you are bringing little ones keep in mind you are going to need outlet covers and something to keep them from constantly trying to open doors and pull out drawers. The upside to that is that all of the drawers pull out very smoothly with no hesitation at all. Three bedrooms are on the main level which helps to minimize the stairs that have to be taken. You are able to close the basement door to help keep Little's from going down there which is a nice Plus.
