About this docked boat rental

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TEXT AND LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES BEFORE YOU BOOK. We have made every effort to include all necessary information in the text to avoid any disappointments or misunderstandings upon arrival.
Are you looking for an unusual place to stay? Our decommissioned motor yacht offers active travelers a nautical overnight experience on our 1,500-square-meter pond—not a fishing pond, and there are no fish—complete with everything that goes with it: nature, sounds, and the gentle rocking of the water. It’s not a fiberglass luxury yacht, nor is it a houseboat; the yacht was built in 1965 and still has its original wooden fittings from that era. This lodging option isn’t suitable for very heavily built people, those over 1.80, or those seeking luxury.
The 11 square meters of space accommodates up to 3 people, ideally 2 adults and one child, since the double bed is located aft and you have to crawl into it.
The other sleeping area is in the bow and requires some rearranging in the evening—similar to camping—to convert it from a seating area into a bedroom. The bathroom and toilets are located separately outside the boat, about 10 meters away, for exclusive use. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Inside the boat itself, there is a camping stove and a small refrigerator, as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
The yacht has a panoramic sliding roof and features a small terrace at the stern—equipped for evening relaxation—which is accessed via a small staircase. The accompanying dock is furnished with additional outdoor furniture, allowing you to dine close to nature under old trees when the weather is nice. A truly unique, personalized vacation for guests seeking a close connection to nature
PLEASE NOTE: Electricity for heating, the refrigerator, and the instant water heater in the bathroom is billed based on usage at 0.50 per kWh, payable in cash upon departure. Duvet covers, sheets, and towels are not included when booking through the portal; blankets and pillows are provided. Dogs are allowed only upon request and for a fee.
The rental price includes all commission fees, transaction fees, etc., totaling approximately 20% of the rental price. These fees go exclusively to Fewo; we ask that you keep this in mind before booking or complaining about value for money in reviews.
Kutscherhaus am Weiher-Hundsdorf looks forward to your visit.
