It has its own gated space with a level concrete patio covered by a shade sail and cozy string lights; and steps up to a landscaped petite side yard. The house is 540 sq ft, with a separate one bedroom, one bathroom (walk-in shower, Toto washlet, towel warmer), stacked laundry and a full linen closet. This wonderful guest house checks all the boxes. Everything you need, comfortable bed, thoughtful details, lots of smart home features, private outdoor space, quiet neighborhood, and accommodating and communicative hosts. Conveniently located near freeway and walking distance to old town, Auburn. I won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. No need to look further!
