About this house rental

Recently remodeled two bedroom ranch home, complete with beautiful updated kitchen boasting black granite countertops and new cabinets and appliances. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for eating in. Master bedroom contains queen bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom a full size bed. Bath is totally remodeled with new tile and fixtures. Large living area with flat screen TV and comfy furniture. Tile floors throughout for cool Florida feel. Top quality rattan furniture (Tommy Bahama/Pier One) in each room gives the home a totally Caribbean atmosphere. Outdoor screened patio with hightop mozaic table, BBQ grill, and completely fenced yard for sunbathing; friendly to pets. One car oversized attached garage. No steps or stairs anywhere! Conveniently located just north of Tarpon Springs; near beaches, nature trails, shopping and the world famous sponge docks.

Excellent communication, house clean and comfortable as described. Great TV selections, nice house with amenities, garage a plus, backyard and screened porch were wonderful. Easy to get around.
