Terrace Apartment by Atlantic Holiday is a well-designed and comfortable apartment located in Funchal, Madeira Island, offering a practical and inviting setting for up to four guests. Thoughtfully arranged, the space is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a convenient base to explore the city while enjoying a relaxed stay.
The apartment features one bedroom with a queen size bed, complemented by a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two additional guests. A bathroom serves the apartment, equipped to meet everyday needs with ease.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, as well as cutlery, plates, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals. The living area offers a pleasant space to unwind, with a smart TV and box available for entertainment.
Guests also have access to shared facilities within the building, including a swimming pool and a gym, adding extra convenience and flexibility to their stay. A private parking space in the garage is available for those travelling by car.
The location places you close to a shopping centre and a variety of restaurants. Public transport connections are also available nearby.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, hairdryer, as well as baby-friendly equipment such as a cot and high chair. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

This really is an excellent accommodation! Refurbished, comfortable, stylish. I felt there like home and would book it again. Nice and friendly host. Thank you!

The picture of the property does not show that the small balcony overlooks a very busy main road . The large back balcony has a view of the pool but behind that are Major building works taking place you can not relax on the balcony . Because of building works we where woken on weekdays at 8am with Banging, drilling and builders shouting . I think the host should let people know about the building works before completing booking . The apartment was very nice fully equipped and the communication with the host was excellent but because of the building work and noise we wouldn’t say again.
You will defiantly need transport if staying at this property or be super got has it’s located at the top of a very steep hill and over sn hours walk into the town ,
