In the district of Centre Sportif, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district. Private: well-kept terraced garden, 50 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to 20 m from the house the grounds. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Centre sportif" 300 m.
