About this apartment rental
Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town... Top Floor Grand Sierra Lodge! Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean top floor condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay!
***60 inch 4k HDTV with full motion mounting to watch from any angle in the kitchen or living room, with Direct TV
***Netflix, YouTube, and other apps ready to use.
***Dedicated 16 MBPS high-speed internet just for you (most units in the Village offer shared wifi for their guests, which results in painfully slow internet speeds)

AMENITIES
You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and four outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm).
***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).
*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."
*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.
*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!
CONVENIENCE
Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Mammoth. The whole unit was thoughtfully designed. The bedding was great, the TV was great, the bathroom was absolutely adequate for a short day. What I absolutely loved was the incredibly thorough guidebook that the owners created it had awesome ideas about runs to ski or board depending on the weather, great recommendations of restaurants that are a little bit off the beaten path that I never would’ve tried, as well as all the practical stuff pertaining to the unit. All of them communication was incredibly clear with our host leading up to our last minute stay. Directions for parking and accessing the unit. We’re also simple and clear. My favorite touch was the bookshelf filled with books as well as the book that was left on the coffee table for me to take home. There were two books left out and one of them really resonated with me and I just thought that it was a really personal connection to the home and to the owners I would 100% rebook this unit. The only tiny thing missing was coffee filters for the great coffee set up. Thank you for a wonderful day and a last-minute getaway with my kiddo for some late season skiing.

Best location. Easy access to Canyon Lodge with a short walk to the gondola. In the village with the best restaurants and shops. The host was very gracious and attentive to our needs. Would stay again

Clean but could use some maintenance and there's a little bit of a weird smell in the unit. Listing pictures are somewhat deceptive - the view from balcony is not even close to what the listing suggests. Parking is nice and the village area is prime. Nice hosts
