The home is in a wonderful location. There are tons of restaurants, fast food and casual dining.
The property had a great spa and pool onsite.

The house is clean and well-located. Pool is not heated so therefore not usable in cold weather - which wasn’t disclosed in the description. The hot tub is indoors and available in cold weather but the system to keep it heated and jets on is very old and difficult to decipher. There’s also no lighting in the hot tub area or every single bulb was burned out while we were there.
