About this house rental
Welcome Devon Mt Martha Escape, a beautifully appointed four-bedroom home offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a Mornington Peninsula getaway. With stunning views from the kitchen, living areas and balcony, the home is designed to make the most of its elevated position.
The heated spa is the perfect place to unwind while taking in the views, while inside you'll find a comfortable living space with a gas log fireplace, ducted heating and split-system air conditioning throughout. There's also table tennis in the garage, making it a great option for families. Wi-Fi and linen are provided.
The home features two bathrooms, including a family bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet, as well as a powder room off the main living area.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite and walk-in robe
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Double bunk bed with double below and single above
Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed
Please note the self-contained room is not accessible to guests.
Mt Martha is a wonderful base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula, with beautiful beaches, coastal walking trails, local cafés and restaurants all nearby. Spend the day at Mt Martha Beach, wander through the village, explore the nearby wineries and cellar doors or head further along the Peninsula to enjoy the many beaches, farm gates and attractions. With its combination of coastal scenery, great food and relaxed village atmosphere, Mt Martha is an ideal spot for a Peninsula escape.
This home has a no-party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11 pm.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Loved our stay, great facilities for a large group.
The only down fall was the fold out sofa bed that was advertised to sleep two adults. It was extremely uncomfortable, no warning either. We found a mattress softener in the back room cupboard which we assumed was meant to be used on the sofa bed (not even in the same room)… I wish we had been given some instructions or warning that it was like this. I wouldn’t recommend if someone has a bad back to sleep on fold out sofa. The person who slept on it was fit and healthy and still said it was so bad. This needs to be more clear when you’re advertising a room that sleeps 2, not fair.
Otherwise the main bedroom and the unit bedroom were all really good beds. Super comfy.
The bunk room was perfect for kids. Adults may find the beds small.
Loved the spa and the outdoor area. Beautiful views.
