Stunning condo restored to its natural beauty in the Warehouse District located directly on Tchoupitoulas Street. Quick access to the many bars, shops, galleries and restaurants. From James Beard Award-winning restaurants to chic bistros and low key sandwich shops, the neighborhood is filled with amazing dining options. Steps away from museums & art galleries, the Warehouse District is a culture-seeker’s playground. Just a few blocks from The National WWII Museum as well as the Ogden Museum.
Our home has been carefully designed to preserve the historical New Orleans feel of the building while featuring modern updates throughout. A spacious and inviting living room area provides ample space for you and your guest to enjoy each other company. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a classic New Orleans dish while entertaining company in the open and inclusive design. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms offer ample space for four guests. The kitchen has all the cooking basics, and the unit has everything you would need for a stay in New Orleans! The entire condo is located on the second floor of the building.
You have full & exclusive access to the second stroy condo located in a private building accessible via keyless entry. Upon the morning of check-in at 10:00am, you will receive a welcome packet with all check-in codes & other pertinent information.
There are paid parking lots in the surrounding area for your cars and long term parking.
Uber, Lyft & Taxi`s are readily available in the area. Most of New Orleans famous and best restaurants are in the immediate surrounding area!

In the Warehouse Arts District it’s 19th century paving stones and 21st Century rooftop swimming pools, grilled Gulf redfish and warm baguettes, a B-17 Flying Fortress called “My Gal Sal”and an African-American self-taught artist named Clementine Hunter. This urbane neighborhood is where New Orleans’ past and present meet up for drinks while the future texts “I’m on my way.” Famed for institutions like the National WWII Museum and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and events like the First Saturday Julia Street art walk, it also offers smaller delights: Watching young ballerinas en pointe framed in a plate glass window; sharing a pizza beneath the stars or brunching on coconut French toast. Wonderful rental! Easy walking to restaurants, bars, convention center. Super easy check-in, check-out. Good communication. Place is bigger than it looks, has everything you need, beds are comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to New Orleans!!

Great location and space in New Orleans - lots of restaurants and bars near the apartment. Close enough to the crazy of Bourbon street, but far away enough to unwind and relax. Responsive hosts and communications - highly recommend.

We completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place and the host. The location was phenomenal to the sights and everything that we needed. The most minor thing was the water pressure was very low but that is just the smallest thing if I had to take away from the great place.
