About this apartment rental
This spacious condo situated on the cliff overlooking Canandaigua Lake is a quiet spot to get away from it all for relaxation or adventure. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a bright, open layout with phenomenal views of the Lake and surrounding hillside.
Revel in the uniqueness of this accommodation with the well-curated collection of books and unique decor from all over the world. Located on the lowest level of condos, enjoy a bit of yard by the entryway that the other condos don't offer.
The Unit
Upon entering, you're instantly invited to a world of adventure thru the many books lining the walls from all corners of the World. Board games and Smart TV fill the wall on either side of the wood burning fireplace in the Living Room.
The space is open to the Dining Room and the wall of windows and sliding doors leading to the balcony overlooking Canandaigua Lake dubbed "The Chosen Spot" by the Seneca Native Americans.

Enjoy the fresh lake breezes while eating your breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the glorious Canandaigua Lake sunrises. After breakfast, explore all that Bristol Harbour has to offer - take a walk on one of the nature trails, then take the elevator down to the sandy beach and marina for an afternoon of fun. Swim or sunbathe, take the kids to the playground and have a picnic at the park. Or grill from the comfort of the condo overlooking the Lake. Cozy up to the fireplace to get warm after skiing or winter hikes or skiing.

- There are 2 short flights of stairs from the parking garage down to this unit.
- You are allowed 2 vehicles only. They must be registered with the HOA.
- You will park in the assigned parking garage. You will have 1 assigned parking space, and 1 shared guest space available for your use.
- All guests must be registered with the HOA
- Watch for the link to our Guest Portal! This has all the info you need for planning your stay!
**Please note that any reservations booked on/after 4/1/2025 will only have access to the Beach Monday thru Thursday, and the Pickle Ball courts after 3 pm every day, unless there is an event scheduled (in which case you would not have access to the courts). A $50 HOA fee also applies to all reservations.**

The view from the balcony is incredible. The unit is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and was spotless. Amy was very easy to work with and I’m already looking at next year’s calendar to book! The drive into Canandaigua took about 15-20 minutes, but the scenery along the way was beautiful. Highly recommend!

The unit was very clean, had amenities stated and quality product. Very enjoyable! Great place to base a finger lakes stay. Highly recommend! Great views of the lake!

Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats and wildlife. Views were amazing from the deck and living room. Went to the Rochester zoo, watched a Red Wings game, and visited the gardens.
