About this house rental
Step outside the front door and you`re minutes from Downtown which is about 15 minutes walk way, Charlotte Motor Speedway, the beating heart of NASCAR country, Concord Mills with its 200-plus stores and SEA LIFE Aquarium, and all the dining, boutiques, and unhurried charm that downtown Concord has quietly been perfecting for decades.
The house is warm, thoughtfully put together, and genuinely comfortable, not in a staged-for-photos way, but in a way that actually feels lived in and loved. The king bedroom is the kind of room you sink into after a long day and genuinely don`t want to leave.
The queen room is bright and welcoming, and the third bedroom with its double bed is perfect for the kids, a solo traveler, or whoever drew the short straw in your group. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and enough space that six people can share a roof without ever feeling like they`re on top of each other.
The kitchen is fully equipped and actually set up for real cooking, not just reheating. And if you`ve brought work with you, the dedicated workspace means you can close the laptop, close the door in your head, and still get things done without sitting hunched over a coffee table. Fast WiFi throughout makes it seamless whether you`re on a call or streaming something after dinner.
Then there`s the backyard. Guests mention it more than almost anything else, and once you`re out there you`ll understand why. It`s the kind of space that turns a one-night stay into a two-night stay.
Pets are welcome here too, because a trip isn`t really complete without the whole family.

PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.

Jannelle was fast and friendly and helpful in all communications and checked in to make sure all was well. The house felt like home away from home and the location is PERFECT! Close to everything we needed, parking for 2, fenced back yard for our dog. We stayed for a month between moving from NH and closing on our new home nearby. I would recommend for family and friends if I knew someone needing a short stay house.

Enjoyed my stay here, location is perfect if you are in town for business at the Atrium hospital and health complex, you are just a few minutes away. Also located less than 10 minutes from the Depot Antique complex, one of the largest in the nation; I went there two days in a row. Frankly you could spend two days in there and not see everything. The house is quaint, probably built in late 1930s but completely renovated and modernized inside while keeping key period features, such as indication fireplaces, intact. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and service, coffee corner is generously stocked. Parity’s off story, backyard is fenced.

My friends and I stayed at the house while we were attending an event at Cabarrus Arena. It was the perfect location - only about 15 minutes away. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and had a great fenced in backyard. Jannelle, our host, was amazing and was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay there again!
