• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including clean and comfy sleeping pillows, clean kitchen linens, and plenty of beach towels.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just step out your back door!
PETS: Only humans allowed at this townhouse, please.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
POOL: The Turtle Lane Club pools (actually there are two) are just across the parking area and open 9 am to 10 pm, April-September. Please inquire for specific dates of operation each year.

Reviewer Comments:
We love the location - rented this home again. However, a few things should be addressed: there were dead plants in all the outdoor pots - either keep them alive or remove the pots! The downstairs bed was TOO SOFT - replace with a king of Calif king. Kitchen appliances are awful - ice maker was not working the entire time we were there; the dishwasher nearly fell out of its cabinet - it was not properly secured to countertop; and the cooktop is a nightmare to operate. The kitchen drawers don't stay closed unless you are extremely careful - one could retrofit with soft closures cheaply. The plastic on the dining table is tacky. Teh soft covers on the kitchen chairs are a big improvement from the plastic covers of last year. The primary bedroom balcony has so much large furniture on it that we could not use it at all! I also own a rental property in Vail CO and would welcome input like this from guests - it's sometimes hard to see these things yourself.
