The villa Lazar is located in Lefkada and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 50 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as a cable TV and a Smart TV (usable with the guests' own accounts).
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony where you can chill out in the evening. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.
There is a supermarket, a restaurant, and a pharmacy in the village. The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach of Agios Nikitas, 10 minutes from Kathisma beach and 7 minutes from the town centre.
A parking space is available on the property.

The property was exactly as described and Spiros was a very helpful and pleasant host. We enjoyed walking into the mountains and the spring flowers and birdsong. The family of cats (mother and four adolescent kittens) were, for us, a bonus.It is not the easiest place to find - but was well worth doing so!
