About this campground/ rv resort rental
Our manufactured home is beautifully remodeled. Adding final touches and will upload more photos soon! Our updated Modern home is the perfect place to enjoy as your second home. It is my hope that you feel so comfortable and welcomed that you will want to come back year after year and make it your home away from home.
The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King bed. Master bathroom is separate from vanity area, which is nice for privacy. The bay window faces the back yard which makes this bedroom light and airy. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and closet. Master bedroom has a flat-screen TV, with basic cable and WiFi. New towels, linens, duvet covers and pillow protectors to keep everything sanitary for our guests. Both bathrooms are fresh, clean, and newly painted.
The living room has large flat screen Smart TV. A comfortable couch and chairs separate seating area for reading or listening to music. The kitchen is bright and clean with Coffee Maker, microwave and dish washer. A separate dining room open to the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy two separate patios which include propane BBQ, and patio furniture for lounging. There is also a car port.
It is conveniently located from all the amenities which include an 18 hole golf course, pro golf shop, pickleball court, full gym, pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The Club House provides entertainment, activities, a bar, restaurant and Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. There are multiple pools, tennis courts, and a library located in the community within walking distance.
Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 minute drive which includes bars, nightlife, Film Festival, and Modernism Week. El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs, is a 5 minute drive with upscale shopping, art galleries, restaurants and an annual Fashion Show Week. Casinos such as Aqua Caliente are 30 minutes away, close to the outlet stores. Indio, home of Coachella Music Festival and Stage Coach are also a 30 minute drive. If you like to hike, Joshua Tree is about a 30 min drive and while you are there don't miss Pioneer Town, an . The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is another fun get away: it takes you from the heat of the desert to the top of San Jacinto Mountain for cool fresh air and spectacular views.
At the end of your day whether you are off exploring all the wonders and excitement of the desert or you just want to relax and enjoy the amenities at the country club you always have a comfortable home to return to. Our home is a gated 55+ manufactured home community, but you wouldn't know it. Once inside you will find active fun residents and guest that come to enjoy all that is offered. Just keep in mind, not only do we have year round residents there are also many snowbirds that are here for their winter home as well as winter renters. Please be respectful and obey the simple rules of our friendly, fun association while you enjoy your stay.

First time using Vrbo and renting for 1 month - great experience! Homeowners were very responsive anytime we had a question or needed anything (i.e. propane tank refilled). When registering at the admin building there is a 1 time fee for renters of 150 plus 50 per person for key card to have access to pools/gym. Property came with a golf cart which was extremely handy. Easy to find available tennis or pickleball court. Friendly community and active pickleball group.
