Beautiful beachfront condo, spectacular gulf views and perfect location describes this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceana West condo hotel. You will not be disappointed here! Clean and contemporary finishes; fully furnished kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with open sight lines to the water; plenty of dining seating plus a breakfast bar; open to a large flat screen, sleeper sofa and comfy seating in the living room with double balcony sliders for those perfectly temperature days!
Gulf front master bedroom features flat screen tv, ceiling fan, King-size bed, private bath with step in shower and sliders to the over-sized balcony; guest bath features private full bath with step in shower; guest bedroom features queen bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan; inside washer/dryer.
7th floor ROOF-TOP SUN DECK.
**(1) assigned parking spot, 201W under building-must park in assigned space only
**Onsite reserves the right to tow if you are not parked in your assigned spot**
Condo complex features (2) buildings each with a pool and hot tub; The sister property across the street, on inter-coastal- Oceana East offers fishing dock as well. easy walk to grocery story, restaurants, shops, bars and more; plus (3) guest parking on first-come, first serve basis.

Enjoyed this newer condo with pool right on the beachside with family staying in another condo and nearby house. Requested extra sheets and blanket and they were delivered promptly. Amazing sunsets and views from the balcony.

The views from the room balcony are awesome as well as on the rooftop. The room was clean but when we arrived it was an overwhelming amount of fabulouso cleaner, we needed to open up all the doors to air out the strong smell. The master bathroom shower has no caddy or ledges for your shower stuff and the bed was a bit too hard. The bed also had these metal frame bars sticking out at the bottom which is an accident waiting to happen . We also did have to call the management because someone parked in our assigned unit spot, it was never addressed but they were sure to text us after checkout asking us to move our car.

The condo complex is right on the beach. You walk right out to the ocean! It’s beautiful! Very nice pool and hot tub!
The condo its self is nice but it has been used heavily and it shows! The sofa is broken and caved in making it uncomfortable. Bedding is old and very thin, area rug is worn, floor lamp was broken, ceilings lights have not been cleaned.
With that said we made it work because of being right on the beach and we liked the hot tub and pool! The bathrooms & kitchen were clean.
There is road noise as the condo sits right on Gulf Blvd but the main bedroom faces the ocean so it is okay.
The check process was easy. We needed extra blankets since it was very cold during our stay, the condo owners delivered blankets immediately! If the condo was better cared for we could have given the condo a 5 star rating.
