Open kitchen and dining room with the living room attached. Bedrooms are off of the dining area. Laundry is in separate room attached to the bathroom.

This listing is on the second floor of the building with a staircase to access it. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
There is a door at the top of the stairs to ensure stairs are closed off to children.

The first floor of the building is office suites occupied during normal working hours.

Great place for our quick visit to Manitowoc! Very comfortable. Didn't have oodles of time to enjoy the space but seemed well stocked, very clean.

The location was amazing and the place is really nice! Absolutely love that it is dog friendly and the host is really responsive! We will definitely be staying again!

What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!
