About this apartment rental
Completely renovated and air-conditioned, the ELEGANT is a completely independent apartment located on the 3rd and last floor of our building (access by stairs). The apartment is just for you, we are the only other occupants on the lower floors.
Spacious, bright, cozy and functional, it has all the comfort and equipment necessary for you to have a pleasant stay.
Breathtaking view of the vineyard and the rooftops of the town of EPERNAY.
2 beautiful bedrooms with high quality bedding and sheets (each room has a double bed, a large dressing room and a console). When you arrive, the beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal.
The bathroom is new with a large shower, towel dryer, washing machine and everything you need (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer...)
The toilets are separate.
A large living room with a view of the vineyard:
A dining area with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen, and a second part with the TV lounge (sofa bed, colourful armchairs for relaxing, coffee table, flat screen TV, etc.)
A dedicated office space and plenty of storage space will finish seducing you.
Ideal location 3 to 5min walk from the famous avenue de champagne and the hyper center. Possibility to park on the street and in a parking lot just opposite: paying during the week or nearby on a free parking lot 300m away. Bakery, tobacco press and restaurant in the street.
Possibility to store your bikes, strollers... in the hall on the first floor.
On request it is possible to have at your disposal, cot, high chair.

Great stay with family. Thé appartement is very well equipped and decorated making the stay more comfortable.
Is a 3rd floor without elevator.

Property (flat) was fantastic- we shall go again as we transit through Epernay regularly.
Entrance was interesting but not a problem once you are in the apartment. A lot of stairs to climb but most will cope with that OK.
Overall an excellent base for Epernay. Much better than a hotel as you can chill in style (we had the cheese course and an extra bottle of champagne in the apartment - probably saved more than the fee for the apartment !!!)

This was a great property for our stay in Épernay. Large, clean, and quiet. The location was ideal and there was parking available (paid parking but easy to use the parking app). Solenne was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

We loved the location and the host communicated well. Our only small issue was not knowing about the steep stairs, which was difficult with all our luggage. The apartment was very Clean and large. Recommended.
