We checked in no problems, nice place beautiful view, had many towels and cleaning things. Down side balcony chairs were in bad shape cushions too; but the next day Regina came and picked them up and brought 2 Adirondack chairs; awesome. The next day she came with 2 more so we could enjoy the sunshine later.. wonderful The pool was not heated till last 4 days of our stay; when it was on AMAZINGThank you again Regina,, Jen and Keith
