About this house rental
A beautiful maisonette that was lovingly designed to accommodate our friends, and completed last summer, is ready to welcome you with all the modern comforts and tranquility of the countryside. The view to the sea from all parts of the house relaxes the eyes and the soul.
On the first floor, Aegiis-Baritis features a bedroom with a double bed, and a balcony overlooking the port of Milos. On the ground floor there is a kitchen
and semi-outdoor with arch and courtyard overlooking Adamas Bay.
The space
It is a new house with unlimited sea views. It is very close to the villages on the island and its location is ideal for near and far escapes.

We enjoyed a perfect stay in a comfortable, modern, clean and into all details equipped apartment with the friendly and detailed care of Yiota our host.

There are no words to explain how wonderful the stay at this house was. The owner is wonderful, so much taking care and always helping with questions, but this is not all, we received home made kitchen surprises and always a heart smile - amazing, the best place to stay in Milos! Thank you Yiota and Kostas, you are wonderful!

The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. It looks exactly as it appears in the pictures, and actually even better in real life!
The hosts are incredibly kind, beyond what a family member would do. Unfortunately our unit a/c stopped working the day we arrived. The hosts went above and beyond helping us in any possible way, replying to late night requests, and even getting us a different, equally nice place to stay, covering all costs. even if our stay at the specific property was cut short due to the a/c issue, we fully experienced the beauty of their place and the immense kindness of the hosts (including daily baked treats!!!).
If we are to return to Milos, we will surely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights while celebrating our anniversary and it was exceptional for what we wanted. A quiet location with great outdoor living space and nice views down to the sea. The property is exactly as described/pictured, immaculately clean, and communication with the property owner was great throughout. Thank you Yiota! The personal touches such as homemade treats, wine and flowers was a nice surprise. The stairs leading to the bedroom could be difficult for some people to navigate but overall the property is a good use of space and has everything you need. I highly recommend it!!
