The property is in a great location in Pikeville. You can walk to several restaurants and the venue where we seen the Red Clay Strays! It was clean and spacious and just a fantastic place to stay in Pikeville, KY.

Pictures don’t do it justice- super comfy and immaculately clean. Well stocked and walking distance to bars/restaurants/uPike. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

Property looks a little questionable from the outside but is wonderful on the inside and very quiet inside. There’s a unit above the unit but I think it’s vacant, no noise from above and you can’t hear any road noise. One bedroom does have a king size bed but I do wish that room had blackout shades which the other room with the queen bed does have blackout shades which was perfect for my 4 year old. There is a small window on the front door which I wish was covered or had a curtain but it really wasn’t a problem as there was no foot traffic around and it’s too far from the road for anyone to really see in. Great little kitchen that was well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal. Bathroom was a nice size with a washer/dryer. The unit really had everything we needed for a home away from home including detergent pods/dryer sheets. No noisy neighbors. The unit was clean but I do think it’s time for a deep clean. I wish the front door had a high privacy lock only because I have a 4 year old, they like to try to escape. We will visiting the area quite a bit in the future as we are buying property, building a home on and we intend on staying in this unit everytime. Hopefully the owner sees my review and adds blackout blinds to the master with a high privacy lock for the door. 😉
