Condo was exactly as seen in pictures. We appreciated the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. The location on the bus route was convenient. It drops off right at the Vail Transportation Center. The small grocery store on the property offered a wide selection of items and fresh coffee. The complex was clean and quiet.

We enjoyed the location, easy access to this ground floor unit and amenities. I would highly recommend this property for your Vail summer or winter stay. We were here for a ski trip and loved the easy walk to the Free shuttle stop near this property. We rode the bus every day and saved ourselves any parking costs at the mountain. It’s easy and runs every 15 min all day!
The 2bd 2ba was ample space for 2 of us & the largest washer/dryer I’ve e ever seen in a rental! While the kitchen cabinets are in desperate need of an update & no ‘real’ parking pass was evident, Id still give this property a 5 stars.
The bathrooms were updated and the best & ample supply of towels were a bonus.
Definitely would rent again! Thanks Vacasa!

I think having a binder with your check in and check out information, along with codes for the pool. Amenities, bus route and helpful information could be a great accommodation when walking into a property. We don't love to be on our phones in the mountains, often reception isn't the greatest. A handy binder is nice!
The pool was not heated. It was freezing. We asked specifically as we were considering a hotel for the kids vs a vrbo. Be honest, especially for families who have kids
