This house DOES NOT have AC. Most homes in Buena Vista and other mountain towns don't have AC including this one. There are ceiling fans or portable fans at the property for your use to help keep you cool. Please note that opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a ton.

You'll have full access to the apartment that includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. This is a garage apartment. The owner lives in the main house and lives there year around. This listing doesn't have access to the garage as the owner uses it.

This home is located 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista. You'll want a car to get around but can easily walk or bike with to town via bikes lanes or nearby trails.
Other Things to Note:
This is an upstairs unit with only stairs for access.

I booked this property on short notice and had some complications on my end. The host was very pleasant and dedicated to make sure things were lined up correctly and patiently. The only thing I would note is that the flight up the stairs is a little tedious with luggage, but once you get it there everything is on one level. The property is a perfect place for kids with the open field next to the property for some baseball :). Property is clean and has everything you would need whether you are on the go enjoying the Colorado amenities or if yo undecided to stay in and enjoy relaxation. I was impressed with the property manager checking in during the stay to make sure everything was going well and if there was anything additional needed. It is in a very nice community and easily accessible to downtown or if you decide to travel a bit very close to the main road. East check out process and overall very pleased.

Everything was what we expected! It was great being so close to Main Street and the hot springs.

We did not bring our pet, deciding at the last minute to board him, he doesn’t always travel well. House was very clean and well equipped! Furniture was gteat, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had . We had everything we needed, having a washer and dryer in the property was a life saver!
