We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush.
It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or forest. There are no businesses in the area so you need a car to get anything.
Probably the best feature is the property manager - Debra. She is very responsive and tries to make sure everything is right for you.
If you want to "unplug" for a month in a quiet setting then this might just be the perfect spot.

The condo has beautiful views and is very welcoming and comfortable.
The unit was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and kitchen items.
My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to enjoy the view.
I would absolutely love to stay at this condo again next year.
