About this house rental
Never Winter is on the calm north shore in a small private community (Milton Point). World class snorkeling/diving on the world's second largest barrier reef at your doorstep. This is the relaxing beach vacation you have been waiting for!
1 bedroom beach bungalow with all the essentials. Full kitchen and outdoor grill. You are only steps from the water! We have snorkel equipment and stand up paddle boards for you to use any time. There is a private dock, palapa, plunge pool, covered hammock area and fire pit on the property for your enjoyment. We have a beautiful white sand beach and swimming area that is maintained daily. En suite bathroom with an outdoor shower! Towels/beach towels and hammocks included.
Rental car is highly recommended (we can recommend a local company that is affordable). Round trip airport transportation can be arranged for an additional fee (with a stop at the grocery store on the way to the property). We are a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest town of French Harbor that has a grocery store and restaurants. We are 25-30 min from Coxen Hole where the airport and cruise ports are. And then about 50-60 min drive from West End.

Electricity usage is extra. 47 cents per Kilowatt used will be deducted from security/damage deposit upon check out. We have a nice breeze most of the time and the A/C unit is energy efficient. No smoking please.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer fireplaces and Smart TV. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Housekeeping is provided on request.

This place was phenomenal! It is definitely off the beaten path and far from everything which is what I like. Some really good restaurants close by . Having the pool there was great and access to the dock was cool. I came here to dive and went to the Turquoise Dive resort which was literally next door . Also has use of the kayak which was fun. Totally recommend this place if you like to be away from the tourist areas

Bungalow was nice. Need better lighting in bathroom and bedroom. Need comfortable chairs or couch in dining/living room. It rained most of our stay and porch had best chairs.Road getting to bungalow isn’t the best but once to Never Winter it is nice. Host was very accommodating.

We had great communication with the host before we even arrived. The property has everything you could need including bug spray, plenty of towels, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We loved sitting in the sun room for breakfast. We cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen which was incredible and a definite bucket list item. The outdoor shower was fun and different with hot water!! Not only properties in the area have hot water. We used the pool, paddle boards, and fire pit. Chris (who maintains.the property) was kind and helpful. The security at night was friendly. AND most important we could contact our host at anytime with information or answers. Still can't believe we visited paradise. Loved every moment.

I stayed in the cottage, and my family stayed at the house on the same property. My cottage was perfect. I am 1 person, but it would be comfortable for a couple. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom and beach towels, I absolutely loved the outdoor shower, and only 1 time was I joined by a
small lizard. Chris, the grounds keeper was very nice and helpful. He kept the grounds and beach very clean. There was a security guard on the property at night, and once I got used to the sound of the palm trees brushing against the house, I felt very safe. It was very peaceful and secluded, which is exactly what we wanted.
We had a rental car and we drove to Camp Bay Beach, which was beautiful, and also to Porta Gorda for a wonderful dinner at Wagundan Restaurant. We stayed at Never Winter for 9 days, and only 1 day was overcast, but no rain. I would definitely return to Never Winter if given the opportunity. Make sure that you bring the strongest bug spray, and reapply often.
