The cabin was clean, basic, semi-secluded but close to Pigeon Forge. I liked the use of wood throughout, especially on the floors. Basement bedroom w/king size bed was spacious. We slept there but didn’t bring heavy luggage down the rather narrow, steep stairs. Apparently the cleaners use deodorizer in the vacuum in the closet for the upstairs bedroom and the smell was overwhelming.Great well kept swing and rockers on deck. Only a few of the blinds operated correctly and the ice maker didn’t work. But my primary concern is cleanliness and that was done well. Not an impressive cabin, but it was a good value.

The cabin was very clean, organized, and matched the listing description. The host was very easy to work with and answered questions before I even had them. It was close enough to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, but secluded enough to enjoy a quiet night on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge and plan to visit again.

The location is near the Pigeon Forge Parkway and two mountain coasters. The cabin is easy to get to - no big winding mountain roads. The space was perfect for our family.

The cabin was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We stay in cabins often in December for our anniversary and every other cabin we’ve stayed in had Christmas decorations up. It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any. I was surprised at the previous reviews as my experience wasn’t as good. The cabin had such a strong odor of pine sol or whatever it was they cleaned with on top of a dirty vacuum or dog smell, even though it’s suppose to be no pets. It was cold so we couldn’t open windows to air it out. It gave me a headache. The communication wasn’t great. I messaged the host 3 times and my questions weren’t answered and the 3rd message was regarding check in instructions and the response was I hope you’re enjoying your stay. (we weren’t even there yet). They were automated responses. The tub upstairs barely had warm water and it drained so slow when taking a shower you stood in ankle high water. The downstairs has space heaters because it pretty cold down there but if you plug them in on the same circuit you’ll blow the breaker. The front bedroom window was unlocked and open at the top because it couldn’t be shut or locked properly when we arrived.
