Five SEPARATE Cabin Rentals for the price of ONE, to form a lodge like setting to host up to 21 guests (18 adults comfortably). Imagine instead of going to a room to take a break during your stay at the Rock House Cabins you will instead have the opportunity to take a private break to your own cabin, on our amazing and historical property. The large cabin known as the Gathering Cabin will be the cabin where you and your guests can gather to visit, eat, laugh, and relax during your stay.
While staying at the Rock House Cabins property, you will walk where the Native Americans were. In addition the Rock House often housed robbers, looters, and thieves who hid in the Historic Rock House Cave. Surround yourself with the tranquilizing sounds of the protected Hocking Forest, breathe in the fresh air of hemlocks and wild flowers rising from the Rock House hollow. All outside your doorstep, just imagine all the endless other amazing opportunities Hocking Hills Ohio has to offer. **NOTE**Must be 30 years of age or above to book.
Located only 7.8 miles (11 min drive) to Old Man's Cave. To get there you will follow the Scenic highway located on St. Rt. 374 from the Rock House Cabins to Old Man's Cave. This drive is absolutely spectacular and breathtaking in natural beauty, one you won't want to miss during your stay.
Rock House Cabins is also located 1.4 miles from the much publicized and renowned Jack Pine - Glass Blown Art Studio in Hocking County.
Rock House Cabins are located 10 minutes from the quaint village of Laurelville, which houses the ever so popular Laurelville Fruit Farm known for their homegrown apples and their mouthwatering famous Apple Cider. When visiting the Rock House Cabins, the Fruit Farm is a must visit!
Rock House Cabins are 20 minutes from the town of Logan. In Logan you will find Kroger and Walmart along with a handful of restaurants. *Please note guests are responsible for propane and or charcoal for the grills. Propane and charcoal are not provided.

We had 18 people coming in from 4 different states for a family reunion. This property was perfect for us. The Gathering Cabin was an ideal spot for everyone to come together to share meals and play games. The separate cabins gave people a place to get away to recharge or rest. The location was close to hiking and some really spectacular scenery. Hosts Aimee and Michael were very responsive. The property was tidy, felt private and had the essentials we needed for a great weekend…my mom especially loved the large gathering table! one note… do keep the gate closed as we consistently had people mistaking the driveway (even when closed) for something else. Thank you, Aimee and Michael, for creating the foundation of our lovely weekend getaway!

Our family from three states gets together every year. As grandkids have become adults, we need more bedrooms and space for some privacy, but we want to cook and eat together and have space for everyone to gather. The Rock House Cabins gave us all that and more! The cabins were clean and decorated so nicely, the beds were comfortable, and the Gathering Cabin was just that...a space we could all be together both indoors and out. The hot tub was a huge hit and s'mores around the fire pit were such a treat! We hadn't realized how close the cabins are to the highway and traffic noise was distracting, especially with all the cars turning around in the driveway. At least it quieted down in the evenings and the owners have a gate which helps. We would have appreciated more hooks in some areas for clothes and towels. There were a few small things not working such as an ice maker and a toilet, but overall this place is great for a large group!
