Exclusive two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in the center of Granada city.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a side table, large windows, and a dining area that seats four. Towards the back on the right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for use. The apartment features a distributing hallway, where at the end on the right, there is a full bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, you will find a bedroom with two single beds joined together. Returning to the living room, on the left, we have another bedroom with a double bed.
The building is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and San Jerónimo street, just meters away from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to various monuments, as well as to the main leisure areas of the city, allows for easy enjoyment of the gastronomy, leisure, and culture that Granada offers.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This is a newly renovated & tastefully remodelled apartment, and pleasingly quiet for being situated in the bustling, historical part of the city. It had comfortable furniture and was easily accessed by lift or stairs. It's location made exploring the city and enjoying its excellent cuisine, sightseeing and shopping very easy. A couple of totally preventable issues we encountered were responded to quickly and efficiently by the management team.
