The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked ,had comfy beds and was in walking distance to Pier Park. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year’s Eve. The rental company was easy to work with and was fast to answered any questions we had. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay at PCB in the Calypso 1706 in July, but did have a few thoughts to share. Here are some pros and cons...
PROS:
-Great location
-Beautiful beach
-Assigned beach loungers
-View from balcony
-Decent furniture and set up.
CONS:
-Not super clean. Hair on rugs and in drawers. We ended up purchasing a vacuum from Walmart in PCB because the old vacuum provided in 1706 did not have any suction.
-Slow draining sink and tub.
-Pool is a big issue at Calypso Towers... Murky water. Unreasonable guest rules such as NO drinks within 4' of pool (even water), no balls, toys, or inflatables allowed in pool.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.
