We stayed the weekend for a charity event everything was perfect and the ac was good and cold.. walking distance to the beach and downtown.. we are booking again next year

Overall good and great location. They had provided everything we needed in the kitchen to make all our meals if we wanted. The only complaint is the people staying in the unit above. They had little kids running around and you can really hear it below.

Loved it! Spacious and clean. One block from the beach. While we had a Hick up on getting our check in information Mr Sid took care of it immediately. Would recommend and definitely stay here again

The house was nice and modern, everything was up to date and clean. We had trouble checking in because for some reason, we never received the access information, after 3 or 4 attempts to reach the property manager, she called back and we got the access code. I think she said it was a problem with the system.
2 other issues were the towels were stale, almost like somebody had left them wet for too long and then dried them. And the neighbors in # 1 were loud, when they moved anywhere in the house we could hear it, especially the toilet lol. Still my family enjoyed the trip to the beach and we were thankful for access to this property!
