About this house rental
New ecologically built straw bale house over 2 1/2 floors. In the basement is the cozy kitchen--living room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and direct access to the south-facing terrace. In addition to the kitchen, the basement also houses the bathroom with bathtub, the technical room with washing machine and a bedroom with direct access to the garden. On the middle floor is the living room. Here, armchairs invite you to sit comfortably, play, read, etc. You can spend the night on a sofa bed. Three steps up is the second bedroom/sleeping gallery with a view of the garden and a large bed. In all rooms, you can sit comfortably, alone or together. Exclusively the fireplace and the sun, which works well even at low temperatures, heat the house. The sun heats the water, if that is not enough, it can be reheated electrically.
In addition to the main house, there is also a sauna in a separate building. On approx. 18sqm, there is the spacious sauna room and a relaxation room. To cool off, you can jump from your own private jetty directly into the Peene.
