Welcome to Knotty Pine Palace! Feel like you're in a Hallmark movie set at the uniquely perfect Lakemont Pines private lake - available only to homeowners and guests, with swimming docks and free rentals of paddleboard/kayak/boat rentals and sandy beaches, not to mention a snack shack and activities available for the kids!
Knotty Pine Palace is a charming, dog-friendly retreat in the heart of the Sierras. The living area boasts stunning pine ceilings, creating a cozy ambiance. With a gas log stove for ambience, and central heat & air conditioning throughout, the cabin comfortably accommodates 5-6 guests. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and bring your furry friends along as dogs are welcome!
Our newly remodeled and adorably decorated single-story cabin boasts a comfortable living space and open floor plan offering dining and kitchen space that is perfect for entertaining. The primary suite has a king bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a twin on top.
You'll savor the outdoor deck area, which offers tons of entertaining and relaxing space, with outdoor couches and tables, a propane fire pit and propane BBQ, not to mention a superb hot tub for relaxing under the stars. Whether you're playing a horseshoes or a game of cards, you'll never want to leave the Knotty Pine Palace, where you will have the time of your life relaxing or fulfilling all your outdoor adventure desires!
Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).
Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.
Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
